We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if, in the professional judgement of our pharmacist, it is not clinically appropriate for you. Eligibility is assessed on an individual basis at each order.
All prescription weight loss medications supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered UK prescriber. Your online consultation is reviewed by our pharmacist and, where required, referred to a prescriber for assessment.
We will only dispense medication once a prescription has been approved. Submitting false or misleading information during your consultation may result in cancellation of your order and, where necessary, referral to appropriate authorities.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies unless required by law.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price stated at the time of purchase.
We do not store full card details. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. A signature may be required upon receipt. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed, and a full refund will be issued.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund on prescription medicines, in accordance with Regulation 27 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription-only medicines from the standard right to cancel.
If your medication is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Our services do not replace your GP or NHS care. Information provided through our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a full medical examination. We strongly advise you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
If you experience a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately. Do not wait for a response from our team.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication and to contact us or your GP if you have concerns.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
